How Will My Order Be Delivered?

All orders will be delivered using the fastest, safest, and most reliable methods.

Once we process your payment, we will dispatch your items within the delivery time frame stated on the product page.

We will choose the most suitable delivery method and courier after you order. It's not possible to choose a courier or delivery method yourself.

 

Pallet Deliveries

Most of our larger items will be delivered on a pallet. This delivery will be a curbside delivery only.

The drivers will usually move to a position of your choice if it is easy to do so and on a flat hard surface. The drivers will not, for example, carry down steps or through a house.

 

Difficult Access

Many of the items that we sell are large and it is essential that we are informed of addresses with difficult access for large vehicles. Some carriers will charge additional fees if a delivery is abandoned due to access issues.

If access is difficult to your delivery address, please leave a note when checking out or send us an email on info@firepit.co.uk. FirePit.co.uk will not be responsible for additional charges when we or the courier are not informed of access difficulties.

We are a family run business based in Swansea, where our warehouse is located. We currently offer online sales only, unfortunately our warehouse is unavailable for viewings.

Chimenea and cover

Ordered a new XL Chimenea since my last one finally gave up the ghost. Really happy with the new Chimenea hence the rating. It took a while to arrive but that was expected. It arrived undamaged which was a concern, but the packaging was pretty good and the delivery company were gentle. My only gripe about the order was in regards to the Chimenea cover that i ordered. You definitely need a cover to preserve the life of your Chimenea. For £30 i expected a very good cover. unfortunately it doesnt fit very well at all - it just about stretches over the largest diameter of this particular size of chimenea and doesnt reach the floor. The chimney cover section is far too long and flaps around. The material is simple 'tarp' material which is ok but I have to be honest - there are much better quality material / fitting covers on Amazon at half the price.

Hi, we are very pleased with the chiminea but the lid looks like it’s made for a smaller one! It doesn’t fit properly. I was meant to contact you but haven’t got round to it yet. Cld you send another one, a bigger one pls? Thanks!

Chimenea and cover
