This is a lovely product. I must say the company are a dream to deal with and make sure all goes smoothly. If there are any hiccups they are dealt with promptly. The firepit it elegant and I can't wait to use it in the Spring. Highly recommended

I am very happy with the Bonfeu fire pit and plancha we purchased from Fire Pit. It has made a great addition to our garden and helped create some lovely memories. However, I am even more impressed with the quality of after-sales support and help that Neil from the Fire Pit has provided.

As you mentioned in your review, there are Bonfeu models with integrated ash pans, and we agree this does add additional convenience.
I believe we did speak earlier and sorry this didn’t help. Outdoor wood fireplaces will naturally create ash, I would still expect that you are easily able to remove most of it.
There are devices that you can buy that will remove almost 100%. We sell an ash pan cleaner/filter; we think this will do the trick. If you believe this might help, we could offer a healthy discount.

Our BonBowl Fire Pit looks wonderful in our garden , the product is just as advertised & gives plenty of heat for a good period of time - great if there’s a bit of a chill in the air !
We purchased two cor ten steel log storage. We wall mounted this easily using heavy duty fixings from screw fix (Easyfix Sleeve anchors 10mm x 75mm M8) They are secure and easily hold the weight when full. Very happy

I had seen an outdoor stove on your website but had several queries regarding the product before purchase not least of which was the delivery charges to Northern Ireland and the best stove to suit our needs .The delivery charges were surprisingly reasonable for such a big item to NI, I then proceeded to bombard Neil with a dozen questions , he always came back to me in a speedy fashion and gave me great honest advice . I ordered the Bonfeu Boncarre and we are absolutely delighted with it. We have set it up but haven’t yet lit it but I’m sure it will look fantastic and be a real asset to our outdoor living .

The service received from Fitpit.co.uk was excellent, I contacted via whatsapp with some questions and the communication back was speedy and super helpful.
Finally a UK supplier for the fantastic range from Bonfeu. Had a few e-mail questions which were even answered at the weekend. Great product, great service, prompt delivery.
