In the event that your items are unavailable, we remove the pre-authorisation, and we will inform you of our actions. When items are available, we process the charges and prepare to dispatch your order.

 

How Will My Order Be Delivered?

All orders will be delivered using the fastest, safest, and most reliable methods.

Once we process your payment, we will dispatch your items within the delivery time frame stated on the product page.

We will choose the most suitable delivery method and courier after you order. It's not possible to choose a courier or delivery method yourself.

 

Pallet Deliveries

Most of our larger items will be delivered on a pallet. This delivery will be a curbside delivery only.

The drivers will usually move to a position of your choice if it is easy to do so and on a flat hard surface. The drivers will not, for example, carry down steps or through a house.

 

Difficult Access

Many of the items that we sell are large and it is essential that we are informed of addresses with difficult access for large vehicles. Some carriers will charge additional fees if a delivery is abandoned due to access issues.

If access is difficult to your delivery address, please leave a note when checking out or send us an email on info@firepit.co.uk. FirePit.co.uk will not be responsible for additional charges when we or the courier are not informed of access difficulties.

We started FirePit.co.uk when a search for a new fire pit became a challenge.

During this search we quickly realised there were limited options, we could find the cheaper quality fire pits on Amazon and eBay, but nowhere could we find a 'store' with a large selection of brands to browse. Everywhere we looked there were either cheap imports or one store brands where we felt any advice lacked impartiality.

FirePit.co.uk was born with the vision of providing choice and impartial advice. We offer a large range of fire pits from multiple brands and we will continue to stock only the best. We have rejected many offers to sell other brands, to ensure we only offer fire pits of the highest quality.

Family Run Business

We are a family run business based in Swansea, where our warehouse is located. We currently offer online sales only, unfortunately our warehouse is unavailable for viewings. 

We love all things fire pits and alfresco dining and we pride ourselves in our accessible customer service and we are always delighted when asked to help choose the perfect fire pit.
