GrillSymbol Luna Copper Fire Pit

The GrillSymbol Luna Copper is a substantial wood-burning fire pit that combines a robust Cor-Ten steel structure with a distinctive real copper exterior.

Each Luna Copper is handmade, with thin copper sheet carefully riveted to the Cor-Ten steel frame using copper rivets.

Considerable time is spent finishing each fire pit by hand, giving every piece its own individual character.

Designed as a centrepiece for a modern patio or garden, it offers generous proportions for family and friends to gather around the fire.

A Copper Finish That Develops With Age

One of the most distinctive characteristics of the Luna Copper is the way its appearance naturally changes outdoors.

When new, the copper has a warm reddish finish. As it is exposed to outdoor conditions, the surface gradually develops an aged appearance, with each fire pit developing its own individual combination of tones and markings.

After approximately a year outdoors, the copper can take on a noticeably more antique appearance.

If you prefer to retain the original reddish copper colour, GrillSymbol recommends varnishing the copper surfaces immediately after installation.

The copper-clad exterior is separated from the inner fire chamber, helping prevent the outer copper areas from becoming excessively hot. Heat from the fire does not alter the chemical composition of the copper.

Adjustable Grills (Optional)

The adjustable grills allow you to convert your Luna Copper into a barbecue.

This is perfect for smaller gatherings when you can't be bothered with the fuss of lighting up the barbecue and the dreaded cleaning afterwards.

You can use them to cook meat and vegetable dishes separately or to easily manage cooking temperatures for different foods by positioning the grills at different heights.

When ordering, we pre-authorise your payment method and check our warehouse or suppliers to ensure your item is available for dispatch.

In the event that your items are unavailable, we remove the pre-authorisation, and we will inform you of our actions. When items are available, we process the charges and prepare to dispatch your order.

 

How Will My Order Be Delivered?

All orders will be delivered using the fastest, safest, and most reliable methods.

Once we process your payment, we will dispatch your items within the delivery time frame stated on the product page.

We will choose the most suitable delivery method and courier after you order. It's not possible to choose a courier or delivery method yourself.

 

Pallet Deliveries

Most of our larger items will be delivered on a pallet. This delivery will be a curbside delivery only.

The drivers will usually move to a position of your choice if it is easy to do so and on a flat hard surface. The drivers will not, for example, carry down steps or through a house.

 

Difficult Access

Many of the items that we sell are large and it is essential that we are informed of addresses with difficult access for large vehicles. Some carriers will charge additional fees if a delivery is abandoned due to access issues.

If access is difficult to your delivery address, please leave a note when checking out or send us an email on info@firepit.co.uk. FirePit.co.uk will not be responsible for additional charges when we or the courier are not informed of access difficulties.
